Dr. Elizabeth Busetto is a Naturopathic Physician, Chiropractor, Lactation Consultant, Yoga & Meditation Instructor. Dr. Elizabeth's practice is dedicated to providing safe, efficient, patient-centered care for the treatment of prenatal and postpartum pain, endocrine disruption in the perinatal period, lactation difficulties, and wellness centered pediatric care. She is passionate about empowering new mamas, nurturing their sweet babies, and watching families grow and thrive through the years.

Dr. David Darter-Saunders, DC, LAc (Dr. D), is a licensed Chiropractor, Acupuncturist, and Adjunct Faculty Member for NUNM, OCOM and SIEAM. His passion for teaching and patient care is evenly split.  His clinical practice has been focused on treating lower-motor neuron lesions, scar tissue remodeling, pain management, and reproductive health.

Alanna Macreery

Meet Alanna our Virtual Office Lead at Rose Natural Health -

Alanna has been part of the Rose Natural Health team since 2020 and serves as our Virtual Office Manager & Patient Care Coordinator. She’s often the first point of contact for patients and helps keep the clinic running smoothly behind the scenes.

Alanna supports patients with scheduling, care coordination, and all the little details that make navigating healthcare feel less overwhelming. She works closely with our providers and the rest of the care team to make sure nothing falls through the cracks. Alanna is deeply passionate about holistic and women’s health.

Outside of Rose Natural Health, she is a certified personal trainer who enjoys helping women take up space and feel strong, capable, and confident in their bodies. She also helps care for her younger brother with special needs, an experience that deeply shapes her compassion and advocacy for patients and families.

Sky Chase

Meet Sky our Office Manager at Rose Natural Health -

Sky is the clinic’s Day-to-Day Operations Manager and handles the behind-the-scenes work that keeps everything running smoothly. She manages daily operations and all medical billing, including insurance claims and patient accounts. With 22 years in the medical field, Sky has a strong understanding of complex insurance processes and genuinely enjoys helping patients navigate them with clarity and confidence. She’s known for her attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and her commitment to making the administrative side of healthcare feel less overwhelming.

Outside of work, Sky is married and lives in Sandy with her two teenagers. As a family, they love spending time outdoors camping, dirt bike riding, and boating whenever they can.
